Get a suggested rating by a certified professional coach and tournament director.    This is a 30 minute session - strongly recommended that you attend with a group of 4 players so the coach can observe you're playing a doubles game.  The coach then will give you an evaluation with detailed feedback.   Usually the fee is split between the player's being rated.
