During these sitting practice sessions we’ll explore the Art of Meditation with a wide array of styles and techniques, 

Requirements: no experience is required. Please let the teacher know if you are an experienced mediator in case you are asked to sit at a certain spot. Please refrain from speaking with other participants before entering the space. You can use a donation option ($10 +) if you don’t have an active pass or membership to attend a session.
