If you're married or in a long-term relationship, it can be difficult to find new and fun ways to connect with your partner ... and that's why we do Couples Yoga!

 It's a wonderful opportunity to learn to move harmoniously with your partner to create a sense of belonging together. We move, laugh, play, dance, and simply enjoy the presence of our partner and the experience we GET TO have with one another.
