 “Dynamic mobility flow” improve your mobility (flexibility+strength) with this sequenced class inspired by yoga, pilates, and functional movement to develop mindful movement in your end range of motion. A full body stretch and strength class!
This class will  help you strengthen to get more flexible. With use of safe progressions. All levels welcome. System will be set up to measure your progress. We will be focussing on strengthen to help you get more flexible on all parts of the body. This class is important for injury prevention. If you are getting stronger and using your muscles you need to keep flexible as to not injury yourself. 
Bring a small book to keep track of your progress and to write notes reminders of homework.
