Book here for online Pilates Mat classes you can do in your own home or when you are away on holidays. All you need is a space for your mat and join Facebook Adelaide Hills Pilates Private Group.
Set up your mat, wherever possible in a quiet, uninterrupted space. You may want to add your own touches like a salt lamp, candle or soft background music and/or incense or some aromatherapy.
Both Beginners and Intermediate classes will be available to choose from in both Live and Recorded versions.
