This blended 75-minute practice is the royal treatment! Focus on your center to gently strengthen, balance and restore. Simple, yet effective core awareness and toning with careful attention to neutral body alignment. Develop strength and stability with a steady Hatha approach, then practice mindful breathing and stillness to restore with the structured support of props, simple guided meditation and the energetic power of healing Reiki.
 
Ideal for postpartum moms, individuals rehabilitating from injury, students new to yoga or who want to reunite with their practice, or anyone who is seeking a gentle, restorative yoga experience.
