Our STEP and Strength class is a fiery blend cardio and strength training. 
We'll utilize the step platform, weights and resistance bands to promote caloric burn, muscle build and toning and improved cardiovascular health. 

Clean shoes to be worn during this class. 
All equipment supplied in studio for studio use.
