Nature's Heart Yoga

This class will challenge you while you learn the proper form and foundation of the yoga postures. Each class will include sun salutations, standing postures and a floor series to encourage students to move deeper into their practice. This class is appropriate for a practitioner who has been practing and has a basic understanding of poses.
