Centered around the nervous system, organic release techniques to move energy, and the idea that sometimes we just need to sweat out what no longer serves us is the key focus of this routine. This routine is 45 minutes in length, with 30 minutes of powerful, soul filling movements followed by 15 minutes of rest, relaxation and reset.
