Each class offers a blend of Yin, Vinyasa, and Restorative poses specific to the needs of the students in the room that day, that means you! First we'll adress the ligaments, facia, and joints with some opening Yin poses, then we'll incite the core and build strength with an approachable and adaptable Vinyasa sequence, and lastly we'll cool down with a restorative...
