Get strong and fit now! We will begin each class with 30 minutes of yoga postures to warm up the joints and muscles. Then we will move on to weights and fast calorie burning cardio work for the next 30 minutes. We will work hard on this second part of our session! Oh, then we will switch gears and end the session with deep stretching asanas and shavasana.
