BEGINNERS 6 WEEKS COURSE - GET HAPPIER AND HEALTHIER
This course is designed for everyone who wants to get good understanding of yoga practise. We created a structured beginners course when Sophie will be looking after your safety and individual needs. After completing these 6 weeks, you will get confident with
- asana practice - standing, sitting and lying poses,
- relaxation techniques and
- pranayama (working with energies through your breath)
After this course you can confidently enter a room in any yoga studio and join any yoga style that you wish.
This is a course, please make sure you can attend the day in the week you are committing to as the classes are not transferable.
