 This class is for everyone who enjoys gentle flow and loves to keep the body and mind simply happy. Kristyna and Tash will make sure there is modification and adjustment for each of you to keep you comfortable and supported in your practise. If you struggle with any mobility issues, this is class for you, we are offering chairs, yoga bolsters and most importantly a lovely welcoming community.
