Yin Yoga is combination of traditional teaching and Chinese Medicine. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, there are over 800 vital energy points in the human body. These points exists along meridians running throughout the body. Chi - the life energy - flows along the meridians if you are healthy. Chi that is blocked or overabundant near specific energy points causes illness and pain.

In Yin Yoga sessions we will work with deep connective tissues and so free up lymphatic system and accumulated toxins. The poses will be floor based mostly (each pose 3-6 minutes) and by applying the pressure on deep connective tissues longer time, we will cause permanent changes to your body. 

Yin Yoga is meditative flow, inviting your body and mind to stillness and calmness. We will practice lots of pranayama, meditation and yoga Nidra.

Feel free to bring to studio your yoga bolster, cushions, blankets, anything what will make you feel lovely and comfortable in your practise.
