Yoga Flow (Vinyasa) is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.  Occasionally, challenging poses may be introduced into the flow, but the student always has the opportunity to modify or skip the pose altogether, making the practice his or her own.
