If you love to move your body , enjoy music and achieve an all over body work out, Dance Flow is for you. Our 60 minute class starts with an intense cardiovascular section of fun repetitive, easy to follow dance routines- elevating your heart rate; following with a beautiful meditative stretch, and to finish, a short routine to work on your kinaesthetic awareness and ability to add on steps. Once learned, we repeat a lot until the steps are ‘in your body’ which enhances the experience of dancing from your heart.

*Any of Loosen up Mat or Freedom passes can be used for this class
