Foundation - the class for you if you’re new to yoga or just starting out on the yogic path. You’ll learn the foundation of yogic principles, incorporating asana (movement) with correct alignment principles, pranayama (breath) and relaxation/mindfulness. A slow, steady class building solid foundations for your practice and understanding of yoga to grow from.
Deepening - A class to strengthen and build on solid foundations of an existing practice. These classes allow opportunities to dive deeper into stronger, more dynamic asana variations. Asana variations encourage you to tune in to your inner wisdom and adapt your practice accordingly. Yogic principles, pranayama, meditation and mindfulness are incorporated.
