In this class you will learn how to engage your deeper core muscles correctly; learning all the foundational exercises in Pilates such as the head float, legs to tabletop, pelvic curl, chest float, etc. keeping those deeper muscles engaged throughout the class. There will also be some stretching to prime the body so that engaging these muscles happens more readily. A great class for people who are new to pilates, but also for more experienced pilates class takers to refresh and reset their deeper core.
