This 60 minute class will include lots of energy and lots of fire. The movements of the class will be linked in a faster pace to encourage movement throughout the class. This class is best suited for those familiar with yoga. Blocks (soup cans, books), blanket (towel), and strap (old tie) can be nice to have handy, but not required.
The Zoom link will be active 10 minutes prior to starting class. In order to enjoy the experience, you will have the option to use the spotify link for the class or not. If you are playing the playlist, use a second device to do so.
