Do you struggle with sleep from time to time, whether it's falling asleep, staying asleep, or just feel you’re not getting enough sleep?
You're not alone in your tossing and turning. Rest & Restore Thursday evenings are back and every week it is our aim to de-stress that which has crept to our shoulders, up to our ears and ease the body into relaxation. 
Every body is different and no exercise will work the same for each of us. One very common symptom of imbalance between yin and yang is insomnia or poor sleep, this can occur when you have too much yang energy or too little yin energy. Which may be something you are experiencing at this present time. 
Thursdays 6:30pm class is all about slow, simple passive movements to reduce stress promoting a restful night of soothing sleep that will restore both body & mind.
