Slow flowing yoga movement. This class allows you to let go of the working week and chill out for the weekend or just simply relax and take a break from your normal routine. Rejuvenate and Revitalise during 60 minutes of Restorative Bliss, improve the quality of sleep and clear your mind. You will move your body through some very gentle movements which are practiced with a strong emphasis on breath work. You will be guided through a relaxation practice including systematic tension release, mindfulness and breath work aimed at slowing down your active mind, leaving you calm and focused.
