This class offers traditional yoga practices and classic yoga poses incorporating a combination of stretching, strengthening, mobilising and balancing in laying, seated and standing positions. A series of static postures sequenced to stretch, strengthen, mobilise the body and improve balance and flexibility. Suitable for all levels.
