Classes begin with energizing yoga postures that will bring your body and mind up to speed for more intense strength training, then cool down with more relaxing yoga postures. Each class has a different emphasis with correspondingly different yoga postures. Classes will be designed for minimal weight use, relying instead on body weight and some use of dumbbells.
