Pole Dancing - Level One
Once you have completed the Intro to Pole Dancing course you can choose to either move into Level Two (climbing and sitting and inverting) OR if you feel you still need to build more strength and confidence then join us here in Level One!
This 6 week course is designed to uplift you, physically and mentally! We add on more complex spins, and transitional dance moves, we work on a new routine, and you get to experience SPINNING POLE – which brings a whole new element of fun and fitness.
