4 Week Beginner Series - Mondays, February 3-24, 5:45 - 6:45 PM
The Beginner Series is for students new to yoga,or it's been a really long time since your last class, or those that want to work on technique. This class is taught in a workshop format, instead of a flow format. Lots of attention will be given to each set of poses so you understand them and can make them your own. This series will also cover breathing and yoga etiquette.
Pass includes 6 classes, 4 Beginner Series classes and 2 classes of your choice.
Pass expires March 15, 2020. If you miss a class, you can make it up with any class on the schedule before March 15, 2020.
Class size limited to 16.
