Restore and Meditate Workshop

This workshop will make you feel refreshed and relaxed. You will walk away with a better understanding of restorative yoga and meditation. Are you like me? You avoid meditation? Well, Lauren will change your mind about meditation as she guides you through breathing, meditation and mantras, all while you relax in a restorative position.
The point of meditation is to become an observer of your thoughts.
1. Take a position that leads to stillness (doesn't have to be seated).
2. Utilize breath to assist in relaxation.
3. Relax systematically.
4. Establish breath awareness in your nostrils.
5. Use a mantra to refine your inner focus.
