Vinyasa- 80 degrees

Vinyasa translates to "flow" or "to put together in a specific way". This class does requires knowledge of the poses and names, so come to a Yoga Fundamentals class first to learn the names of the poses and how to breath, then come to Vinyasa to get the maximum benefits from the class. This class moves at a medium pace, not too slow and not really fast. We will work toward 1 or more peak poses, such as arm balances, inversions or backbends. Be prepared to work hard, sweat, breath and have fun. All props provided.
Please DO NOT make this your first class. This class is pretty hard and technical.
