Mixed Level Flow

Mixed Level Flow is for those that have been to a few Level 1 classes and are familiar with the terms used for the poses and how to use props. This class will move at an even pace, but not too fast. We will focus on using the breath to guide the movement and proper alignment and technique. Bring a mat, water and a towel. If you have practiced yoga somewhere else you do not need to come to a Level 1 class before attending this class.
