Hatha yoga is a gentle and slow paced class that does not require any prior experience. Each posture is beginner friendly and done with the intention of restoring your body to a relaxed state of mind that can be carried throughout your day. Props such as blocks and straps are used to ensure ease of practice and allows you to explore each pose safely and effectively.  Blankets/towels and bolsters are also optional props you may wish to have with you for the practice.
