All levels are welcome. This class is all about stretching and relaxation. It is a beautiful, relaxing yoga practice.
We begin with some gentle stretching to work out the kinks in our body before settling into a comfortable position for Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is technique of relaxing the mind, body and spirit – a total systematic conscious relaxation technique through a guided meditation.
Props for the Yoga Nidra portion include bolsters, blankets, any other items that allow you to be comfortable lying down for about 40 minutes.
This class is a wonderful way to prepare your body for a wonderful night of sleep. It is a beautiful, relaxing yoga practice.
