Energizing Chair Yoga - Short on time? This practice will get you ready for your day ahead with lots of breathing and stretching to enliven your body, mind, and spirit. In addition to moving from a seated position in a chair, there will also be standing poses to develop skills of balance, stamina, and flexibility.
