Roll 'n' release + yoga

During this class we will use foam rollers and trigger point balls for myofascial release, and combine that with restorative yoga to reduce tension in the body, benefit your joints and induce an all-over relaxation.
During the first 30 minutes, we will guide you through a series of techniques using both props.
This will be followed by an hour of gentle, restorative yoga.
