Prenatal yoga not only prepares you for labor and delivery, but you will find that it provides relief from common pregnancy complaints. The practice is a gentle reminder to take the time out of a busy work and home life to care for and bond with your growing baby.

Our prenatal yoga class is designed to support the changes that happen in a pregnant body. Specifically, the poses uses will help you tone your physical body — especially the pelvic floor, hip, and abdominal core muscles — in preparation for the birthing process.
