Animal Flow is a floor based movement practice, revolving around mastering your own bodyweight, improving your strength, stability, coordination and mobility, leaving you feeling amazing.

These small group classes are suitable for all levels from the beginner to the more experienced flow-ist. As an experienced coach Michelle is seasoned in ensuring classes are adaptable for different abilities while making everyone feel welcome.

The class covers mobility drills and Animal Flow basics to help you become an all round better mover, in a welcoming and relaxed environment.

No experience is needed, however you will benefit from regular practice either within the class environment, solo practice in your own time or during 1:1 coaching sessions.
