CLASSES NOW OUTDOORS DURING CURRENT COVID RESTRICTIONS

A unique blend of Kettlebell Strength and Conditioning combined with Animal Flow movements.

Focussing on learning functional three dimensional movement patterns, the goal is to make you stronger, fitter, leaner, while teaching you to move better and have fun with the process!

Small group sessions to ensure coaching is personal and keep in line with current social distancing regulations. 

No experience necessary, all movements have the capacity to be progressed and/or regressed depending on your experience and how you feel on any given day.
