Especially In uncertain, difficult times, Mindfulness practice helps down-regulate your stress response so you can respond to challenges with calm and focus.  Mindfulness is easy, but developing a regular practice with an experienced teacher and the structure of a group makes all the difference in actually integrating actionable tools into your daily life.   

Audrey's structured, science-based classes include:
* 11 two-hour Instructional & Practice Sessions, once per week. In-person or on Zoom.
*  Printed handouts for home Study and links to applicable online material
*  40 Guided meditations for home use
