YoLarates™️ is Cheshire, CT's first barre class, created by Master Barre Instructor Lara Foldvari in 2009
The BOG has classic, authentic American barre and original Lotte Berk barre classes for all levels livestream on zoom (the first livestream barre classes offered in Cheshire since March 16, 2020)
Over 700 Videos on Demand Content Library also available
Reservations and pre-payment required for ALL classes
All no-shows will be charged $10
Please arrive early or on-time for class as we cannot always let you into our livestream class after we have started class
