Yoga with Cyndy is proud to bring Subtle Yoga to our community. Created by Kristine Kaoverii Weber, Subtle Yoga is a system of breath, meditation and mindful movement. 

Unlike yoga practices that focus on strength and strong flows, Subtle Yoga is sustainable yoga practice adapts to our varying needs depending on our health, lifestyle, age and energy. It Incorporating processes such as mindful movement, breathing practices, meditation, awareness of values/ethical engagement, spiritual development and service, this practices will promote attention, mindfulness, body awareness, self-regulation, resiliency, self-actualization and pro-social behavior. while calming the nervous system, improving breathing, increasing the body-mind connection.

During the first part of this Masterclass, we will discuss and learn the principles of Subtle Yoga followed by a full practice.

Due to the person-centered approach of this practice, this Masterclass will be limited to 20 people.
