This class is catered to all ages and is adaptable to all levels. It has been designed to include a full body workout, improving your core strength, coordination, posture and flexibility. 

Prerequisites: for those of good health and pregnant women in first trimester with GP Medical clearance. 

Please note these are not clinical reformer classes or for those who have an existing injury.
