If you are new to reformer pilates or are returning from having a break from pilates, this is the perfect class for you. In this class you will learn the basics behind pilates - from learning the reformer machine and its versatility, to activating your core and correct body positioning to get the most our of your pilates session. You will feel the benefits with improvement in your strength, flexibility and the toning of your body.
