Included in the 3 classes a week membership:
- 3 classes to use for every 7 day cycle
- You will be charged in advance of every 7 day cycle commencing from today's date
- You will continue to be charged the amount of $68 per week automatically every 7 days until you formally notify Reform R Pilates to cancel your membership by way of email.

Here are the terms and conditions for the 3 classes a week membership at $68 per week:
1. Membership Duration: This membership is valid for a period of 1 week, starting from the date of purchase.
2. Payment: The membership fee of $68 will be charged weekly starting from date of purchase. Payment can be made using a valid credit card or any other accepted payment method.
3. Automatic Renewal: The membership will be automatically renewed every week unless written notice is given to the studio advising of cancellation or pausing of membership. The recurring payment will be charged to the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
4. Cancellation: To cancel the membership, the member must provide written notice at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle. Failure to cancel within the specified time will result in the next week's payment being charged.
5. Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable. Once the payment is made, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the membership.
6. Non-Transferable: The membership is non-transferable and can only be used by the member who purchased it. Sharing or transferring the membership to another individual is strictly prohibited.
7. Termination: Reform R Pilates reserves the right to terminate the membership at any time for violation of the terms and conditions or any other misconduct.
8. Changes to Terms: Reform R Pilates reserves the right to modify or change the terms and conditions of the membership at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any changes.
9. Liability: Reform R Pilates is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the use of the facilities or services. Members are responsible for their own safety and well-being.
10. No Show Policy: If a member fails to show up for a scheduled appointment or reservation without providing any prior notice in accordance with the 12 hour cancellation policy, it will be considered a "no show." Reform R Pilates reserves the right to charge a no show fee.
11. No Show Fee: The amount of the no show fee being will be determined by Reform R Pilates and will be clearly communicated to the member. The fee of a casual class pass will be charged to the member's account or payment method on file or by way of invoice.
12. Late Cancellation Policy: If a member wishes to cancel a scheduled appointment or reservation, they must provide notice within the 12 hour notice period as specified by Reform R Pilates. Failure to cancel within those 12 hours the specified time will be considered a "late cancellation" and you will be charged a late cancellation fee.
13. Late Cancellation Fee: Reform R Pilates reserves the right to charge a late cancellation fee for any cancellations made after the specified notice period. The fee of a casual class pass will be charged to your account or by way of invoice.
14. Payment of Fees: No show fees and late cancellation fees will be charged to the member's account or payment method on file or by way of invoice. Payment must be made within the specified time period as communicated by the establishment.
6. Waiver of Fees: Reform R Pilates may waive or reduce the no show fee or late cancellation fee in exceptional circumstances, such as illness, emergencies, or other valid reasons. The member must provide appropriate documentation or evidence to support their request for a waiver.
15. Dispute Resolution: If a member disagrees with the imposition of a no show fee or late cancellation fee, they may contact Reform R Pilates to discuss the issue and seek a resolution. Reform R Pilates will review the circumstances and make a decision regarding the fee.
16. Changes to Fees: The Reform R Pilates reserves the right to modify or change the amount of the no show fee or late cancellation fee at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any changes.
17. One Membership for One Individual: The membership is only assigned to one member. Multiple bookings cannot be made in the one class by the same individual membership. Each member must have their own membership.
18. Studio closure/Holidays: If the studio is due to close for a holiday period or for any other reason all payments will be put on hold until the studio reopens. You will not be charged for those weeks of closure. Any passes available prior to closure will remain and will be able to be used once the studio reopens.
19. Pausing a membership: You will be able to pause your membership for a maximum of 4 weeks over the course of 12 months. If you plan on going on a holiday or due to illness, the studio will be able to pause your payments for a maximum of 4 weeks. After the 4 week period your payments will recommence.
20. Passes do not accrue if you do not attend over a week. If you are unable to attend for whatever reason you do not get those passes back and a new week will commence.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and accept the no show and late cancellation policies, including the potential fees associated with them. By purchasing the unlimited membership, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
